Certificate of Analysis
HPLC + Mass Spectrometry included with order
TB-500 is a synthetic version of Thymosin Beta-4 (TB4), a naturally occurring 43-amino acid peptide present in virtually all human and animal cells. It plays a central role in cellular migration, differentiation, and the regulation of actin — a key protein involved in cell structure and movement.
Research has focused on TB-500s involvement in wound healing, tissue regeneration, and inflammatory modulation. Preclinical studies have examined its effects on cardiac tissue repair, dermal wound closure, corneal healing, and hair follicle stem cell migration. Its mechanism centres on upregulation of actin and interaction with cell-building proteins that facilitate tissue reconstruction.
TB-500 is frequently studied alongside BPC-157 in combination research protocols examining synergistic repair mechanisms.
