HPLC + Mass Spectrometry included with order
CJC-1295 without DAC, also known as Modified GRF (1-29), is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It consists of the first 29 amino acids of GHRH with four amino acid substitutions that increase its stability and half-life compared to native GHRH.
The no DAC variant has a shorter duration of action compared to the DAC version, making it preferred in research protocols requiring more precise, pulsatile stimulation of the growth hormone axis. It is commonly studied in combination with GHRP compounds such as Ipamorelin.
Research has examined CJC-1295 in the context of growth hormone secretion, body composition changes, sleep architecture, and metabolic function. This is the most popular GHRH analogue in the research peptide market.
